I had a pretty good time at Spenza Hotel, with its great location and friendly staff really standing out. However, I faced some issues with inconsistency in service and room amenities. For instance, the WiFi wasn't great, and I had to call the front desk a couple of times for essentials like water, which was a bit frustrating.
